Do you offer furniture delivery?
Yes! At Sofa City we partner with excellent third-party furniture delivery companies and you can make the arrangements right at our store. They can deliver within 100 miles of your local store. Rates vary based on total order and distance from local store. For an extra fee, items can be unpacked and assembled.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, the buyer should email email@example.com or contact the local store where the purchase was made. Warranty does not include the cost of transportation to and from the store.
What are your financing options? What forms of payment do you accept?
Sofa City offers no-interest financing options, no credit needed--90-day lease options, and layaway. For more, see our financing page. We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express).
Can I really get my furniture the same day I buy it?
Yes! At Sofa City you don't have to wait for weeks to get your furniture. Any item you see on our showroom floor you can purchase and take home the same day.

Is the furniture on your website offered at all locations?
We try our best to stock the furniture on our website at each Sofa City location, however, there are occassions when a product sells out before new orders come in, or when furniture lines suddenly discontinue production. If you're interested in a piece of furniture from our website, feel free to contact your local store to see if it's in stock or when it will be back in stock.
Do you sell furniture online and ship?
At this time, we do not sell furniture online, nor do we ship orders. If you like something from our site, please contact your local store to see if it can be purchased over the phone and delivered through our third-party vendor.
